1 lb butter
1 lb powdered sugar
4 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
Rind of 2 oranges
juice of 2 oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Whip butter until white and fluffy, add sugar, juices and rind. Mix lightly.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with muffins.
