1 chicken cut up into serving pieces;
juice and rind of 2 large lemons;
3-4 sprigs of rosemary, leaves coursely chopped;
5-6 large cloves of garlic, crushed;
1/4 cup olive oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken and all ingredients in large ziplock bag. Toss to coat chicken well with all seasonings. Refrigerate 8 hours, turning every hour.
Place chicken over medium coals on outdoor grill (you could use an indoor grill too). Cook until done.
