4 tbsp creole mustard
1/2 cup of tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp catsup
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne peper
1 tsp salt
1 whole clove garlic
1 c olive oil
1/2 cup finely minced green onion w/tops
1/2 cup finely minced celery

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in blender. Pour over boiled shrimp. Let marinate for 4-5 hours. Serve cold on bed of lettuce.

Makes 2 1/2 cups of sauce
