1 tbl flour,
2 eggs,
1/2 cup buttermilk,
1 can coconut.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar well. Add egg, buttermilk and coconut. Add a little butter to crust then pour in uncooked pie crust. Cook 10 minutes at 450. Finish at 350
