6 Boneless Chicken Breast,
Parmesan Cheese,
1/2 cup to 1 stick butter melted,
1/2 cup to 1 cup dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, mustard, add oil to get a dipping consistency.Mix 2 parts bread crumbs to 1 part cheese. Dip moistened chicken in mustard mixture, and then in bread crumbs mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done and brown.
