2 tbsp. of peanut oil
1 medium onion, finely minced
1 ╝ c. tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. drained grated white horseradish
1 tsp. fresh ginger, finely minced
1 tsp. tequila

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in saucepan. SautÚ the onion until soft, about 3 minutes. Add the ketchup and simmer for 7 minutes.
Mix the lime juice, horseradish, ginger, and tequila in the mixing bowl. Add the onion and ketchup and chill the sauce.
