3 pound of chicken wings
1 tbsp. oil
1 cup water
cup Oyster Flavored Sauce
cup Soya sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the wing apart at the joints; you can use the wing tips as well. Brown the chicken wings in oil, add water; Oyster sauce and Soya sauce and allow the wings to boil for 30 to 40 minutes, until the chicken falls off the bones. Mix cornstarch and water to thicken the chicken wings. Serve with rice.
