1 - 8 oz. package of cream cheese 1 - 8 oz. jar pepper jelly - divided 5 oz. grated sharp cheddar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 egg
Mix all together in food processor (using only 1/2 jelly). Pour into springform pan - Bake 350ºF for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely (several hours in refrigerator). Remove from pan. Frost with remaining jelly. Serve with crackers.
