2 cups sifted flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
3/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F

Mix in food processor. Press into molds or mini muffin tins. (Press until a little thicker than pie dough) Bake 10-15 minutes. Watch carefully. Should be very light golden brown.
