5 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 4 teaspoons grated lemon peel 3/4 cup lemon juice
Put everything except butter into processor. Blend well. Gradually add butter in steady stream. Cook in microwave in glass dish 2 minutes. Stir. Keep cooking in microwave for 1 minute intervals until pudding consistency.
