1/2 lb. chopped bacon, fried
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 large can Pork & Beans
1 can red beans, drained
1 can butter beans, drained

Crockpot: Add everything into pot and simmer on low for 4-5 hours.

Stove: Add everything into pot, simmer together for 30 minutes, then bake in oven for 1 hour on 350
