3 Lbs. Chicken Drumettes or Wings
1 egg 1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in slightly beaten egg, then the flour and place in butter and oil until deep brown and crisp. Put into a shallow pan and pour sauce over chicken.
Sauce:
3 Tbsp. Soya sauce 3 Tbsp. water
1 cup white sugar 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Bake for 30 minutes, baste sauce over chicken during cooking.
