cup white sugar tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour 11/2 cups milk
1 egg yoke 1 tbsp. butter
1 ripe banana (large) tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt and flour. Add milk gradually. Cook
until thick. Add slightly beaten egg yoke, butter and
vanilla. Cool. Whip egg white until stands in peaks, fold into the cooked ingredients. Slice banana into baked pie shell and pour cream filling. Cover with whip cream.
