2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup diced mushrooms
8 chopped green onions
3 eggs
4 cups cooked rice (chilled)
2 boneless pork chops, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Scramble the eggs in a wok or large skillet; remove the eggs and set aside to be added later.

2. Cook pork with a small amount of oil. Add mushrooms and green onions, and cook.

3. Add the chilled rice to the pork, mushrooms, and onions, and mix. Stir in the scrambled eggs. Add soy sauce and stir in. Cook until mixture is heated through.
