2 lbs frozen hash browns (cubes)
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
10 oz cheese of choice
1 (16 oz) sour cream
3/4 stick butter
1/2 block cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste



Potato chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in buttered 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
