1 c sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1 c buttermilk (or regular)
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder


1 1/2 - 2 c blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients. Dust blueberries with a little flour. Fold into batter. Line muffin tins with paper liners. Fill each 2/3 full. Sprinkle a little sugar on top. Bake 350 for 20 - 25 minutes
