1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. regular milk
6 oz. can frozen orange juice (thawed)
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together vanilla pudding, milk and orange juice. Add sour cream and ginger. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

This is good with any cut-up summer or winter fruit. It makes a fun dessert for company and time to just sit and chat.
