3 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first three ingredients. Add the last three ingredients. Chill in refrigerator before rolling out. Makes 5-6 shells. Bake at 375 filled and at 400 not filled.
