1/4 cup diced onion
2 packets Instant Chicken Broth & Seasoning Mix
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/2 cups thinly sliced Zucchini
l/2 cup each thinly sliced Carrot & chopped seeded Tomato
1 tsp chopped fresh Parsley
l/4 tsp Basil Leaves
l/8 tsp Pepper
1 1/2 cup shredded cabbage


Directions:
Directions:
Combine onion, broth mix, and garlic. Cook until onion is clear. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occationally. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and
cook until veggies are soft, about 20 minutes.

Remove about l/2 cup veggies and set aside. Puree remaining soup in blender. Place puree and veggies in pan and reheat.
