3 lbs shrimp (peeled and deviened) 3 sticks of margarine 2 onions 1/2 bell pepper 2 sticks of celery diced garlic 3t parsley 1/4 cup flour 1 pint half and half 2 lbs velveta cheese 1 lb egg noodles cheddar cheese for topping (optional)
Saute veggies in margarine. Add parsley and garlic. Add shrimp. Add half and half cream and cook for 30 minutes. Add Velveta cheese. Boil, and strain noodles. Add noodles to shrimp mixture. Top with cheddar cheese and bake in oven @ 350 to melt cheese.
