1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely diced onion
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced carrots
1 large can of chicken stock (3 or 4 small cans)
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked diced chicken
1/4 to 1/2 c. rice or egg noodles
Italian Seasoning (Harding Family secret ingredient)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery and carrots in melted buter until wilted.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until the rice or noodles are done. 20 minutes or so.
