2 1/2 C flour 2 C sugar 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp each - baking powder and baking soda 1 C oil 4 eggs 2 C shredded zucchini 1/2 C chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and soda. Combine oil and eggs in seperate bowl. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Add zucchini. Stir untill thoroughly combined, stir in walnuts. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan or 2 8-in round pans. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min. or until a toothpick comes out clean. Top with a cream cheese frosting.
