2 – 10 oz frozen boxes or bags of either:
broccoli
chopped spinach
artichoke hearts
2 – eggs
2 – 8 ox Packages of either:
Mozzarella, Swiss or any white cheese
1 – 16 oz. Container of Cottage Cheese
(large or small curd)

Directions:

Mix all above ingredients in bowl

Pour into oblong baking dish (or any type dish of your choice)

Bake @ 350° until bubbly and lightly browned…usually an hour.
