2 cups cold milk ( skim, 2% or whole )
2 pkg Jello lemon instant pudding 4oz size
1 tbs lemon juice
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 cool whip 8 oz , thawed and divided

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding and lemon juice, beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended (will be thick ) spread 1 cups of the pudding mix onto bottom of crust. Then add half the
cool whip to the remaing pudding,stir gently and spread this mixture over the pudding layer in crust top with remaining cool whip refrigerate 3 hrs Garnish with fresh berries or lemon peel
