2 LB. Frozen Hashbrown/Thaw 30 mintues
Cup diced onion
1 Can cream of chicken soup
16 oz Sour Cream
8 oz Sharp cheddar cheese/grated
Salt, Pepper, parsley to taste

Directions:

Mix in large bowl and put in 9X12 Greased Pan

Melt 1 Stick of butter and add 1 cup of bread crumbs to the butter. Sprinkle bread crumbs on potato mixture

Bake Uncovered 1 hour
