1 rabbit, cooked and deboned
1 stick margerine
2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen chipped broccoli
1 jar cheese whiz
1 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup celery, chopped
2 cups Minute Rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Bake or parboil rabbit until tender and meat falls off bone easily. (leftover rabbit works well) Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain thoroughly in colander. Saute onion and celery until tender. Blend cheese whiz, and soup into onions and celery. Mix together rabbit, rice, and broccoli cheese mixture. Place in large casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350.
