4 to 6 medium green bell peppers
1 lb ground pork
2 potatoes, cubed
1 tomato, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can corn
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops off peppers and save for caps. Dig out seeds and contents. Wash and soak overnight in salt water. Combine pork, potatoes, tomato, onion, corn and seasoning to taste. Stuff peppers and place tops. Put in pan large enough to hold peppers and partially fill with water. Cook in slow oven (250-300) for 2 hours or until meat is done.
