Mexican Lasagna Recipe

1 lb browned ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
2 cups salsa
1 15 oz can kidney beans
1 15 oz can refried beans
2 cups cooked mexican flavored rice
10 flour tortillas
2 cups colby jack cheese

Pre heat oven to 350
Add taco seasoning to browned beef as per directions on seasoning
Place half of tortilla so that they cover the bottom of a 13"x9" dish.
layer and spread refried beans, rice and beef evenly over tortillas
Put other half of toritllas on top of beef
Layer and spread salsa and kidney beans evenly on top of the second layer of tortillas
sprinkle cheese over top
Cook 30 mins or until cheese bubbly
Serve with sour cream
