Lemon bars:

1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 small pack of Jello Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons lemon extract


Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry and liquid ingredients together. Spray 9x13 inch pan with Pam, pour mixture into pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 til brown.

To make the icing:

Mix the powdered sugar and orange juice together until smooth.

With a fork poke holes in cake after it's baked and pour icing mixture over cake while hot.
