1/2 c vegetable oil
1/4 c raspberry vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt



1 pkg (10 oz) fresh spinach, torn
1 pkg (4 oz) blue cheese, crumbled
1 c fresh blueberries
1/2 c chopped pecans, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine first 5 ingredients and shake well. In large bowl, toss spinach, blue cheese, blueberries, and pecans. Add dressing and toss gently; serve immediately.
