12-16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
6-8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded monterrey jack cheese
6 oz. ricotta cheese
8 green onions
2 red hot peppers
3-4 small green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Blend everything in a Cuisinart.
Control flavor by adding more peppers for hot and more jack & cottage cheese for milder.
Garnish with scallions

Serve with chips
