1 package of Lipton Savory Herb & Garlic soup mix
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. ricotta cheese (you can add a little more)
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (you can add more)
1 /4 c. pepperoni, chopped (you can add more and also try the hot & spicy kind)

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow 1 qt. casserole, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 c. mozzarella and pepperoni. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with gralic bread, crusty french bread, crackers, etc.
