1 large fresh pineapple
1 jar raspberry jam
coconut
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pineapple in half - quarters - eights, leaving leaves on. Cut out piece of core from each wedge. Slice wedges into bite-size pieces. Warm jam and carefully spoon over pineapple, letting it run down sides. Sprinkle some with coconut. Put toothpick in each piece. Arrange on platter and serve.
