1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c water
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 c unpeeled apples, cubed
2 c halved red seedless grapes
1 cup diced celery
1 c walnut halves

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine sugar and flour. Stir in water. Bring to boil and cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Cool to room temperature. In a large bowl, combine fruit, celery and nuts. Add dressing and toss gently. Refrigerate.
