1 (6 oz) pkg lime jello
1/8 tsp salt
2 c boiling water
1 3/4 c cold Liquid (juice and water)
1 lg can pears (save juice)
1 c chopped nuts (optional)
2 (3 oz ea) pkg cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Drain pears, using syrup and water to make 1 3/4 cup. Stir liquid into gelatin. Reserve 1 cup of gelatin mixture and pour rest into 8 inch dish or mold. Chill until slightly thickened. Cut up or mash pears and place with nuts into gelatin. Chill until slightly set. In blender, gradually add cream cheese to reserved gelatin. Pour over pears. Chill until firm.
