1 pkg bacon. Cut each strip in half
1 can Reese sliced water chestnuts
1 c ketchup
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap bacon around chestnuts and secure with toothpick. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes on foil lined sheet. Mix ketchup, sugar, and soy sauce. Dip baked bacon water chestnuts into sauce, and bake for 30 more minutes.
