1/2 c margarine
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 c walnuts, chopped
1 c flour
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2/3 c powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) cool whip
2 pkg instant Pistachio pudding
2 1/2 c milk
1 (8 oz) cool whip
Chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, sugar, walnuts, and flour. Pat down with hands. Place in 9 X 13 greased pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Mix Pistachio pudding with milk and spread over cream cheese layer. Top with cool whip. Sprinkle with more chopped nuts. Refrigerate
