2 onions
2 slices bacon
1 tbsp butter
4 to 6 ripe or c of tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp lemon rind
4 c chicken stock
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil

Directions:

Saute onions in butter. Cook bacon and add all other ingredients. Simmer until ready to serve.
