1 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with rotary beater. Add milk, flour, and butter. Beat just enough to have smooth batter. Fill preheated greased popover pans half full. Bake 1/2 hour at 450 degrees, than 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not open the oven door for the first 30 minutes.
