1 c sugar
2 small jars baby food (prunes, carrots, peaches or apricots)
3/4 c Wesson Oil, less 2 tbsp
2 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat thoroughly. Place in 2 small loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes, or until done.
