1 tbsp mayonaise
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp worscheshire sauce
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste

finely chopped green onion and red pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs from Ritz crackers

1 lb jumbo lump crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients.

Add green onions and peppers.

Gently mix in crab meat then bread crumbs.

Let stand ten minutes.

Form into patties and bake, broil or fry
