3/4 c mashed potatoes
4 c powdered sugar
14 oz coconut
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
12 oz chocolate chips
1/5 slab of paraffin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, sugar, coconut, salt, and vanilla. Mix well. Roll into log rolls like a Mounds Candy Bar. Let set overnight. Melt chips and paraffin in double boiler. Roll logs in chocolate mixture. The longer they sit, the better they taste.
