3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup milk
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Cream together sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Add milk and mix well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Pour into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake for 40 - 45 or until browned. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
