2 1/2 to 3 lbs ground hamburg
1 pkg Enchilada sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 can refried beans
Large flour tortillas
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
Lettuce (optional)
Onion (optional)
Tomato (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburg over medium heat and drain. Prepare enchilada sauce per instructions. Pour 1/2 into hamburg with refried beans. Mix well. Layer tortillas in greased 9 X 13 pan. (takes 1 1/2 large tortillas) Put 1/2 hamburg mixture over these. Sprinkle cheese over this. Another layer of tortillas, the rest of the hamburg mixture, sprinkle with more cheese. Another layer of tortillas. Pour rest of sauce mixture over this, and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes, until good and hot. Lettuce, onion, and tomatoes may be put on hamburg layers.
