1 c sugar
2 T flour
tsp salt
1 c pineapple juice
2 eggs
1 T lemon juice
16 oz. acini di pepe

3 cans mandarin orange slices
1 can pineapple tidbits
9 oz. whipped topping
1 c mini marshmallows
1 c coconut

Mix sugar, flour, and salt in saucepan. Gradually add pineapple juice and beaten eggs. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add lemon juice and cool to room temperature. While cooling, boil acini di pepe pasta. Drain and rinse. Add to cooled mixture and refrigerate overnight. Keep refrigerated.
