10 lbs potatoes, boiled
12 eggs, boiled
2 c mayonnaise
2/3 c mustard
1 c sour cream
2 T sugar
2 tsp celery seed
jar dill relish
1 chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Dice potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Dice all but 2 eggs into bite-sized pieces (leave 2 to slice on top). Combine all other ingredients in separate bowl then mix with potatoes and eggs. Top with extra egg slices. Refrigerate. You can the recipe for smaller parties.
