1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 large jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 large ctn small curd cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
Lasagne noodles (uncooked)
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp salt
8 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions:

12 hours before cooking:
Brown ground beef, parsley flakes, and salt. Stir in spaghetti sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Mix together cottage cheese, egg and Parmesan cheese. Layer 1/2 meat in bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Put a layer of noodles over meat. Spread cottage cheese mixture over noodles. Put another layer of noodles over this. Spread remaining meat mixture over noodles. Cover with foil. Place in refrigerator at least 12 hours. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake 15 minutes more. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
