1 lb ground beef or ground sausage
(I do 1 lb ground beef and lb ground sausage)
1 med onion, chopped
4 med potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
1 can tomato soup plus soup can of water
1 can Texas Ranch Style Beans, undrained
1 can mushrooms stems and pieces, undrained
1 can whole kernal corn, undrained
1 (14 to 16 oz) tomatoes, broken up and undrained
1 can chopped chiles,
1 envelope Taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot or dutch oven, brown and drain beef/sausage with onion. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, turn down to simmer. Cook until potatoes are tender.
Serve with shredded cheddar cheese.

For a spicier flavor, add some chili powder or ground red pepper.
