2 Cups strawberries
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups oil
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar in large bowl. Make a well in center. Beat together strawberries, eggs and oil. Pour into well. Stir just enough to dampen all ingredients. Quickly stir in the nuts. Pour into (2) 8x4x2 &1/2 inch greased loaf pans. Bake for 46-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes clean. Cool in pans for 20 minutes.
