1 # hamburger
pinch of oregano
1 egg
medium onion (chopped fine)
1/2-3/4 cup rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients well and place in a 10x13 pan. Bake until almost done then add either a can of tomato soup or a can of cream of mushroom soup
